Prep and cook:
Trim the ends from stalks.
To cook: steam, boil, microwave, air fry, roast of stir fry until cripy and tender.
Can be a side dish or use in stir fries and casseroles.
Why not adding raw florets to vegetable platters and serve with a dip.
Can try grating raw stalks for slaws.
