The fresh tomatoes used to prepare Bioitalia Arrabbiata sauce come from certified chain. Only the finest ingredients are used, no flavor enhancers, no artificial flavors.
The Bioitalia facility gave rise to new ready-made sauce recipes. The fresh ingredients are cooked together to preserve their natural characteristics, just as you would at home. Tomatoes are made soon after harvesting to preserve all of their flavor, aroma, and nutritional value. We may also eliminate artificial flavors, preservatives, and sugar, which are commonly employed in industrial processing, thanks to their excellent quality level. The combination of artisan production and cutting-edge technology ensures the greatest level of freshness and quality. Enjoy our Bioitalia Arrabbiata sauce!
About Bio Italia
At BioItalia, we choose organic every time because we want to bring healthy food to your table. Cultivated without pesticides and fertilisers, this organic pasta is made using sustainably farmed ingredients. We wish to invest in your health and our children’s health. We also wish to protect the planet!
A Mediterranean diet has always been in our hearts. When we discovered that organic agriculture enhances the flavours of our traditions, making our food even more delicious, we decided to devote ourselves to producing and selecting healthy food with a tasty and authentic flavour for you.
We’ve been committed since 1994 to bringing high-quality organic food to Italy and to the world. We manufacture all of our products in our Sarno plant. Those of our partners who share the values, passions, and dreams that have distinguished us since our inception.
For the last 10 years, we have been collaborating with the University Federico II of Naples. We have been conducting research on new technologies (such as the ultrasounds we use for our infused oils) or ancient cultivars on the verge of “extinction,” from which our zucchini paté and farmer sauce were born… To see more BioItalia products, click here.
